University relations with an international scope from legal knowledge alliances

Establishing university relations with an international scope leads to identifying the theoretical and formal elements that legally characterize it. A descriptive-comparative-explanatory analysis and the use of inferential methods were used to analyze and evaluate the theoretical constructs. The result made it possible to legally define the legal alliances of knowledge. It was also established that in order to create university relationships with an international dimension, it is required that the different organizations based on trust declare a willingness to associate, in order to share resources and obtain common benefits, which being protected with the signing of legal reciprocal agreements (alliance of knowledge), will lead to an increase in the university internationalization process
