Student Scientific Groups as a Strategy for the Development of Research Projects

Student participation in scientific groups within university projects is important to develop academic growth and practical experience. The participation of students in scientific activities, while studying, contributes to the formation of an academic position and lays the foundations of evidence-based technical and ethical knowledge for its subsequent application in professional activities. The objective of this scientific article is to review the vision from different authors on the impact on the development of research projects of the integration of students into them. The main results of the study identify the main barriers that affect the effectiveness of the integration of students into research processes. The international experience of studying the activities of the management teams of higher education institutions is presented, the limitations and possibilities of its use in universities are identified. The scientific and practical bases for the training and development of teams in strategic projects for the transformation of universities are presented.
