Teoría de factores de Herzberg: experiencia en establecimiento detallista de Ecuador

El objetivo del estudio es la satisfacción laboral de los empleados de une establecimiento detallista y los factores que inciden en la misma. El enfoque teórico que se asume en la investigación es la teoría de dos factores de Herzberg. Para el desarrollo de la investigación se empleó la interacción directa con los empleados de la entidad los que facilitaron la información requerida a través de un cuestionario. La metodología utilizada imbrica pruebas estadísticas como ANOVA de un factor y prueba de Wilcoxon para explicar las relaciones entre los factores de estudiados. Los resultados permitieron identificar los factores que afectan la satisfacción y establecer recomendaciones para su mejora.
