Abstract

The purpose of this work was to determine the relationship between school discipline and academic performance. The methodology was quantitative, with descriptive and correlational research, using 39 students as sample. A survey was applied to measure the degree of school discipline and an information sheet to determine academic performance. The data will be analyzed by the Spearman correlation and the non-parametric Willcoxon test. As a result, it was obtained that a level of correlation was established between the variables under study, therefore, it was concluded that school discipline significantly influences the academic performance of students.
