Diferencia de la conducta de los emprendedores de Cuba y Ecuador en función del entorno

Los emprendimientos constituyen parte importante de cualquier economía en la actualidad. En esta investigación se busca identificar posibles factores de coincidencia y diferencia entre emprendedores que operan en contextos diferentes desde el punto de vista de su evolución histórica, el tiempo de duración de estos y el modelo económico y social aplicado en los países Ecuador y Cuba, considerando diversas variables tales como: características de la personalidad, formas organizativas, incidencia del entorno, estructura de gastos a corto y largo plazo que asumen los emprendedores como estímulo para su accionar. Para el desarrollo del estudio se realizó inicialmente una descripción del comportamiento de las variables para luego, mediante prueba de hipótesis, constatar diferencias y similitudes entre ambas poblaciones. El estudio permitió identificar aspectos comunes y divergentes entre ambas poblaciones analizadas, así como que las diferencias del entorno en que operan los emprendedores generan cambios en sus prioridades y proyecciones
