Análisis de metodologías para la gestión de proyectos desde el paradigma aplicativo

Resumen

Se han desarrollado diversos instrumentos para alcanzar mejores resultados en un mercado competitivo y creciente a nivel mundial en materia de gestión de proyectos.  Esto ha llevado al estudio de numerosos autores sobre aquellas que permiten el alcance los objetivos planteados dentro de un proyecto y en un contexto globalizado. De ahí que la presente investigación busca desarrollar desde las bases teóricas a través del paradigma aplicativo de la literatura, aquellos instrumentos que mejoran la obtención de resultados dentro de la gestión de proyectos. Desde la investigación cualitativa a través de pesquisas de la interrelación e interacción sobre la estructura de la gestión de proyectos se buscó identificar aquellas de mayor eficacia vinculadas a los fines del proyecto. Esto permitieron entender la forma en que interaccionan y se adaptan según los requerimientos de los proyectos. Donde aquella gestión de proyectos de tipo híbrido se concibe como las de mejores resultados en su aplicación.
