Analysis of methodologies for project management from the application paradigm
Keywords:
hybrid, methodologies, methods, project managementAbstract
Various instruments have been developed to achieve better results in a competitive and growing global market in terms of project management. This has led to the study of numerous authors on those that allow the achievement of the objectives in a project and in a globalized context. The present investigation seeks to develop from the theoretical bases through the applied paradigm of the literature, those instruments that improve the obtaining of results within project management. From qualitative research through interrelation and interaction research on the structure of project management, it was sought to identify those with the greatest effectiveness linked to the purposes of the project. This allowed us to understand the way in which they interact and adapt according to the requirements of the projects. Where that hybrid type project management is conceived as the best results in its application.
